John Dendis worked on a project for the county which I was in charge of. It was an ecologically sensitive area. It involved a village water supply as well as four different owners. John Dendis and his team turned what could have been a disaster into a dream come true. Our home on Cayuga Lake experienced a landslide directly under the house leaving a hole 20’ wide and 6’ tall, and I thought our family’s dream of lake house might be over. Enter John, who immediately knew what to do, and began working with me to create a tiered, developed and absolutely beautiful hillside that exceeded our wildest expectations. (See photos.)
